Hello! Maybe someone here can help me.

I have the launcher installed on my computer. It was 61 mb and I'm sure it is what's used to download the actual game. However, when I try to open the launcher, nothing happens. If I click it again, an error message comes up saying "only one instance of this application can run at a time", or something like that. But nothing happens. I'm not seeing that program running anywhere, even in task manager.

Any ideas? I just want to download the game in advance of this weekend and be ready to play on Friday. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You could try to reboot and then start the launcher, but yeah, look for the beta forums in your emails.
