Can I use RAGE tool kit to make the character to walk slower, like in Fallout 3 ? I've tryed to make a config file, use the console in game but with no luck and the menu in the tool kit seems to much to overcome to study, so that's why I ask you guys about this issue I have.

Love to game it alot more IF he walked slower...seems he's rollerskating when he walks, and that's innoring.
