We know from the older TES games that star signs had significance and affected the character abilities. The star signs themselves have a back story or it was hinted at but never really elaborated on. Will we ever see star signs and the lore behind them expanded on in a TES title?

Several of the star signs have a very rich background. I'm mostly interested in traveling Elsweyr to see their perspective on the sky. They probably have the closest relationship with the twin moons, and so I'm sure they have something swell to say about the stars themselves. But I'm sure we will hear several new perspectives on constellations etc. as we will probably get exposed to a wide variety of different culture's folk lore.

If I remember right they said there are still standing stones yes?
