If we had the tech to implement quest that were random and different according to what has happen to a quest npc by a pc. Example would be, you just help a quest npc fight off attacking wolves on his farm. 3 days later you come across that same npc that now needs you to kill this dragon that has been attacking his farm animals. You come back to this guy weeks later just to find that hes giving up farm live and moved to the city and now needs help finding his missing wife( i know kinda dumb) that was taken buy this slavelord. Quest would always change according to you as a player that has change it.

Dose this make any sense, LOL

Yes it does -- We do know that the NPC will know you if save them or hurt them. We do NOT know how many levels of the said quest ti will go, to use your example level 1) kill wolves 2) dragon attacks 3) find wife. We know if the NPC will know level 1, but we are not sure about level 2 and 3.
