So, I recall the first time I played Skyrim, for some strange reason i decided to go Hand To Hand despite there not being a skill tree for it. I knew there was a HTH glove in Riften from reading a wiki, I knew Kajhit had bonus HtH damage, so I made a Kajhit and headed for Riften.

Surprisingly, this served me rather well, and with other bonuses I found I was doing lots of HtH damage well into the higher mid levels. Ah, good times.

Point is, I love HtH even though it was not supported. And I was wondering if you wanted it or not.

It definitely needs a skill tree, really goes without saying. I'd go further and say the skill tree needs a striking branch and a grappling branch.

of course, who would be against an additional weapon type. it would need to be different though. faster attacks with zero ability to block

In this sense more options are better, I would expect hand to hand to be added as a skill line after launch.

agreed. seeing as they probably will not be adding new races or classes (99% sure of this) they will need to find new things to add in the x-pacs

I wonder, if they'd add a hand-to-hand skill line, and skills of the given line could only be used while bare-handed.
How long would it take till people start crying about...
(either) how underpowered the line is, since you don't get base damage/aditional stats from a weapon.
( or ) how overpowered the line is, since you do equal damage but don't need to get a better weapon.

No. There are useful things they could add, fix or polish instead.
