This is the thread where people can talk about all things DayZ and Arma II related. For those who don't know, DayZ standalone was released a week ago. You can download it on Steam, but it's still in alpha phase.

I'm actually pretty well-loaded in DayZ at this point. I have an M4A1 with 3 magazines, albeit only 10 rounds, as well as a bunch of attachments (ACOG scope, CQB buttstock, and handguard RIS). I also have an FNX45 with 3 magazines and around 90(!) rounds. Other than that I have a mountain backpack, cargo pants, tactical shirt and a UK assault vest to carry stuff.

My only issue is that I'm lacking on food items. I don't have anything to drink, so I'm going to be forced to go into a city to find a supermarket to get stuff at.
