No ground to walk on

Hello Everybody,
recently i purchased and install crysis 3 but when i start the game (tutorial) i found myself in water , i skipped the tutorial and found my self in water again and no ships in the worlds only cargos and boxes ,
where's the problem??? and how to fix it???

My only suggestion is either doing a repair install, or installing the game altogether...

Edit- Also, be sure you have everything closed & Have the minimum system requirements http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/Requirements/Crysis-3/11526

You're best off reinstalling the whole game
