I wanted to use stop time,agility lv.2 and other high cost power upgrades in early missions like High Overseer Campbell,Golden Cat etc.There were so many awesome opportunities there for inventive accidental assassinations.Is there a way to get many or enough runes right from the second mission through any .ini tweak?
I clearly remember in the E3 Demo they showed the Golden Cat mission with almost all powers and upgrades (and even some new cancelled ones that we didn't get to see in the final build).If they could do it,I think we can too through .ini file tweaks.I already made some tweaks like increasing body counts,better shaders,better reflection,increased performance,higher anti aliasing,resolution etc.So there JUST HAS TO BE A WAY TO GET EARLY RUNES TO UPGRADE TO FULL POWERS.We have New Game Plus in Hitman Blood Money,Batman Arkham City and Origins etc.

Wait, are you arguing that we can do anything the developers did and just because some games have a mode like that Dishonored should as well?
