Trying to decide whether to pre-order the physical copy or the digital..my question is if I get digital where will I find the game manual, and when does it become available?

Chances are, if there is one, it'll be a pdf included with the download.

I have not seen a true manual in a game in ages. Mostly it is just a page or two of install instructions and controls.

My guess is the manual or help will be in game or accessible on the web site.

use startegy guides, wikis, video gameplays, etc instead

With the dawn of information sharing and the evolution of wiki pages, the ancestral manuals are all gathered, preserved and filed historically.

I'd still pick the strategy guide, good bathroom reading material...

Printed manuals for MMOs are a bit pointless, since the information contained within soon becomes outdated and innacurate.
