Mod ideas i've had for years..

I've had a few ideas recurring for a long while now and i'm actually considering putting some of these efforts into CK to see the results. My ideas tend to be simplistic, streamlined and with a focus on enriching the core gameplay.

- Alternate entrances to towns; Solitude, Riften, Windhelm already contain spare entrances into town that are unguarded, Markarth and Whiterun do not. My plan would be to expand on this so that at least every town would contain at least one unguarded entrance, perhaps having a small tunnel cell to suggest the passage under Markarth's and Whiterun's walls. The aim of this? I wish to enable players to use the towns facilities while having an active bounty in that region. That includes using shops and inns. I have a few potential issues that i have yet to clarify; firstly, will shopkeeps or any other civ NPC's care about the players active bounty if guards are not pursuing (as if they won't, well there's not much use to being in the town after all).

- Gauntlet/Arena style challenge battle; This idea is to have a relatively small, self-contained fortress and surrounding terrain, to be used in recurring battles, not much similar to arena fights. I would like the player to be able to fight with some allies, against a larger force that is attacking the fortress. I would also like the player to be able to wager a fairly large amount of gold, as well as customize settings related to ally and enemy troop numbers/strength via an in game menu prior to starting the fight. The reward would actually be different to gold (unique weapons/armors enchants etc), which would enable this game mode to be a bit of a money sink for the excess gold the vanilla game supplies. Finally, i had planned to enable some master level perks for NPC's, both enemy and ally, to add some strategy to the group combat event. I was thinking of things such as shield runner, and other master magic spells. However i've yet to experiment to clarify if/how NPC's can use master level spells.

Any info related to the above would be greatly appreciated. I have longstanding experience of using CK or it's predecessors, but little substance to show for it.
