I'm currently collecting all items of clothing in NV and want everything repaired up until 100%. I have the Jury Rigging perk, which is very useful for that.
However, my White Glove Society mask is at 99.something % and it won't allow me to repair it up to 100%. I tried wearing it and getting attacked to have it degrade, also tried explosives, but nothing so far seems to damage the mask. This is bugging the hell out of my gaming ocd to want everything at 100%. I'll steal another one if I have to, I don't want to use console commands. But I'm hoping someone has a solution I haven't thought of? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
