while playing, I came across a notification, like where it normally says things like you've been poisoned with the pip boy guy, I got a weird one that just said "..." and the pipboy guy had swirly eyes, anybody know what that is supposed to mean?

Weird. Not sure if it has something to do with Wild Wasteland, but probably not, so can't really help there.
