Title is still a work in progress. Any suggestions?

Introduction

The year is 2186, 25 years since The Master succeeded in convincing the Vault Dweller to join the glorious cause of the Unity. His dipping marked the start of The Master's reign over much of the core region. The location of Vault 13 provided The Master with a substantial source of prime normals to enlarge his army enough to begin his campaign against the region. Human settlements in southern California fell one after the other. Those humans which did not fall fighting The Master's armies were either dipped, or forcibly sterilized to bring about the planned age of the mutants, and the end of humanity.

While pockets of human resistance remain, the land running south of Mariposa to the Boneyard and from the pacific coastline to Shady Sands is now largely under The Unity's control. While Mutants are dominant in these lands, many humans have agreed to cooperate with Unity rule, and by the Master's orders, are allowed to live out the remainder of their days in peace. Some humans readily embrace The Unity and join the Children of the Cathedral as acolytes and followers of The Master.

Meanwhile, Northern California from San Francisco onwards remains free of Unity control. The mysterious Shi control most of the city of San Fran as an independent city-state, whilst various human factions keep control of their various areas. The remaining Brotherhood of Steel, after the loss of Lost Hills, have gone into hiding and slowly seek to rebuild their strength.

Off the Pacific Coast, on their mighty sea-borne fortress of the Oil Rig, the Enclave currently stands largely oblivious to the current situation on the mainland. But with scouting efforts soon to begin, a clash between The Unity and The Enclave, between pure humanity and mutant-kind, is almost surely inevitable.

In the east, outside the Master's territory, a fortified compound of Ghouls known as "The Reservation" has formed a tense alliance with The Master. Both sides seek a respective cure for their race's ailments. The Ghouls wish to find a cure for their condition, whilst the Super-mutants of The Master seek a way for them to procreate. While their scientists collaborate together with the promise of finding a solution to both their problems, tensions slowly boil. Whoever obtains the a cure will hold a mighty bargaining power over the other. And secretly, The Master has no place for Ghouls in his plan for the glorious Unity, and the Reservation is dimly aware of this.

For the most part, this seems to be leaning towards a faction RP story-wise. But I won't call for faction sheets. Just create characters within the faction you'd like to direct/be a part of and we'll just go from there. Obviously, how much control you have over a particular faction will be dependent on your rank within that faction.

The Master himself will be one of my characters.

Looks good so far, though I'm kind of busy right now and can't contibute much. Maybe there should be more human factions? Perhaps like migrating groups of people find themselves pushing into the Master's domain largely oblivious of the mutant hegemony?
