I have recently started modding Fallout: New Vegas and I'm looking for some mods that add to the immersion of the game. So what I'm looking for is mods that dirty the skin, add scars/tattoos, really anything like that. I would prefer if it was something that wasn't to taxing on my PC (Toshiba Satellite C655) because it can't handle to powerful mods like Project Nevada, but I can run Project Realism. Another prerequisite for me is that the mod is compatible with the Nexus Mod Manager because I'm new to modding and the NMM is really easy for me to use. I'm not to familiar with the the Fallout Script editor actually I have no idea how to work it, so if it does require the script editor I would appreciate a tutorial on how to use it. Thank all of you guys and gals in advance I really appreciate it.

A lot of mods require the use of the New Vegas Script Extender. It is not that hard to install.
