I've been playing morrowind for some time ( like...thirteen years or so? not so long....) and I preffer quests.
can you tell me which new quests mod there are ?
I play with the LGNPC series, Julan and constance.

There are several threads on quest mods, try to look them up Generally, I can recommend all quest mods by Darkelfguy. I think that most of them can also be accomplished on lower level. Then, from the top of my head, there is A Strange Plant by PeterBitt, The Raven by Von Djangos (I also recommend to grab patch I made for it - can be found in my small mods thread) and Welcome to the Arena! by Kalamestari_69, which might not be exactly for low levels, but is great. There is of course a lot more.
