I started playing Fallout 3 again recently and am having a great time.
HOWEVER I am currently experiencing an annoying bug where any Scrap Metal I pick up is immediately removed. Even adding it from the console.
At a wild guess - since a Redditor posted something identical a couple of weeks ago before deleting their thread - this has something to do with FWE.
If there is a command or data I can use on my save to see a list of "active effects" and perks, maybe something is automatically removing it.
