So I decided to try New Vegas on my new rig, same load order from my last one but I have this weird problem where everything is in slow motion. Dialogue and Radio is fine but everything else runs like the game is in a permanent slow motion mode.

Since I don't think it's my load order I'm confidedent that it's a hardware issue and I was hoping if someone knew a work around.

Intel Core 15-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
8.00 GB ram
Windows 10
with two 1920 x 1080 6Hz monitors.

What frame rates are you getting?

This isnt normal vanilla behavior. Have you tried disabling all mods? Including ENB series, NVSE, and texture mods. For texture mods just disable archive invalidated.

I'm not using ENBs, my FPS counter is constantly at 60 FPS and yea, I tried disabling all mods and it didn't work. No clue what's going on.
