After playing a game session for an indeterminate amount of time (10+ minutes) my characters limbs become oversized. Their arms nearly touch the ground and their feet go through the ground. I usually play in 1st person, so I never know when it occurs or what triggers it. I will see it as soon as I switch to 3rd person. It doesn't go away by simply reloading a save while still in game. It only goes away if I exit out of the game completely and then launch and reload. And it eventually comes back.
