I like to play my games with the ability to look and navigate on my 2nd monitor. I can not do this on Fallout 3 that I have found due to mouse being stuck on the Fallout game screen. I have tried running a script using Auto Hot Key, but none of them work to make the game borderless fullscreen. Any other ideas?
