The quest runs smoothly until obtaining the deep range transmitter, but once the next objective to exit the arkjet systems asks the player to call the elevator and go down the bug begins. It starts off with the elevator music playing and then the music stops abruptly and the elevator stops moving but you cannot exit it, at first I thought it was going to be something dropping in from the top of the elevator but after ten minutes of nothing happening and Paladin Danse not responding when I interacted with him. Reloaded a quick-save and an older save game and same thing keeps happening. Game is up to date with yesterdays update as well.
