Permanent blurry vision. : Fallout 4

So, after completing the quest at the Memory Den, my vision is stuck in a blurry state. I can't find anyway to resolve it.

What happens if you save your game and load it, does it still occur?

It's constant. I've slept, gotten healed, etc, etc. Saving and loading doesn't do anything.

Loading a previous save and try to do it again ???
