So, I'm doing a quest for the RailWay (or whatever it's called), which leads me to meet with Old Man Stocton in Bunker Hill. Everything is going great until I step inside the shopping center, when Edward Deecon starts shooting at me. I don't know what I did to piss him off, but I can't kill him, i can't get his base ID for consol commands, and restarting the last checkpoint doesn't seem to work. I have over 17 hours in the game, so I don't want to start it over just for that. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I've looked everywhere online, but I can't find anyone with this problem.
