so im running into a few bugs in the main quest. ive been following multiple factions. i had a ton of trouble even getting teleported into the institute. once i worked through that bug, i got into the institute and now another quest is bugged and i cant exit without failing underground undercover. if i talk to shaun and say ill work with him, it wont let me exit. it doesnt mark anything either. i assume i need to go through the dialogue again with the scientists shaun told me to talk to, but thats a pain.

im thinking about starting a new character and just going through the game following ONE faction. not messing around with the others. so, which faction seems to be the least problematic? im thinking the brotherhood of steel or the minutemen
