gets the message no minuteman is able to respond and gets nothing

or sometime no message at all, I have never been able to summon a minuteman at all.

only a message of no one is able to respon or no message at all...

I finished the big gun quest and the artillery works fine.

there is a very limited range around allied settlements where it works.. outside that no minutemen will be able to respond..

even around the settlements i dont seem to get the support. i can understand it when it says no minuteman able to respont but when there is no message i expect some backup but even if i wait, no one really comes for support.

also institute beacon does not work.. Its probably a bug.
