Fallout Pip-Boy app for Windows 10

Post » Thu Dec 03, 2015 3:06 pm

Hello,

I'd love to use the Fallout Pip-Boy app on my Microsoft Surface Pro 3.

Since it's released to Windows 10 Mobile, it shouldn't be a big deal to release it for Windows 10 as well.

My 5" phone is just too small to be effective, but it would be awesome on my tablet.

I know it, because currently I'm already streaming my phones display to the tablet (sadly I mustn't post a picture of it).

So please, make this happen.

I have a Surface Pro 2, I use Bluestacks, an Android emulator. Make a Google account, download Bluestacks and login with Google credentials. Then download PIP Boy app.

It works.

Though I stopped using it. It's just easier and to hit tab and tap on what I want directly into PIP Boy using my touchscreen display.

Well, currently I am just using the ProjectMyScreen app from Microsoft to "remote" use and display my phone on my tablet. Sounds weird but is pretty easy and works just fine. At least I don't have to use Android VM with Google accounts and stuff. ;-)
But like I said .. since they made it for Windows 10 Mobile, I just hope they developed some Windows Universal Platform (UWP) app so it's no big deal to publish it to Windows 10 as well.

Well, at least I like to have the map open up all the time. :-)
