You simply keep any new looking clothes (suits, dresses, causal wear, etc.) And then equip them to your new settlers. Now every time you come home and got new people you know who they are. "But how?" You may ask, well its simple friends. They will be the people that still look like they are homeless, violent, and unsanitary. Yes in your settlement now you can dress your villagers up like yuppies in those billboards that Vault tech put up shortly before killing them in experimental ways. Sanctuary with 20 settlers wearing power armor would be awesome. I only have 4 suits right now including mine.
