Pip-Boy edition never arrived

Post » Fri Dec 11, 2015 12:46 pm

Hi All,

First sorry if this isn't in the right place, i've tried filing a request several times on their support for the last week but have not heard back from bethesda at all.

What should I do, I've already been charged $150 ($120 + $30 for shipping) for the pipboy edition. I initially received an email saying my package will get in Nov. 12. That's fine I can wait. Nov. 12 comes by and goes and still nothing so I politely message them asking if I could get some kind of information. I do this for a week and to this day I've still received no information about my package. The tacking number for USPS says pre shipment info has been received but has not updated since then.
I'm getting incredibly frustrated as bethesda just seems to be ignoring me. The fact is I paid early to expect to have it on its release but not only did it get delayed but I still haven't received anything.

Please advise on what I should do, I want the Pip-boy edition but this is getting ridiculous.

Thanks

Should probably call the shipping company or where you ordered it from...not game forums.

I ordered it from Bethesda's store, they have no gotten back to me after multiple support tickets, and I can't find a phone number to reach an actual person.

Well im still trying to figure out what I can do to get this issue resolved, I started this thread here, And Im going to dispute the $120 charge with my credit card company because I never received the game.

EDIT**

Sorry I thought this was my thread that i started earlier today... Looks like that was somehow deleted?

Looks like we're in a very similar boat..

At this moment it feels like Bethesda has stolen $120 from me and I would really like to get answers!!

I suggest you send a PM to GStaff, the Community Leader. Here's his profile page -

Be sure to give him as much detail about your order as possible, and be civil. Maybe he can kick this up the chain and get someone to help you out.

Good luck.

I wonder if we can pursue any legal action, but this seriously bugs me since they charged and has failed to do anything.

I had an issue when i bought the game where there system accidentally charged me 3 times for the game, At the time support removed 2 of the 3 charges and gave me an order number for the 1 that was not cancelled.

Then when it came time for the game to come out I received no tracking information and when i asked what was going on, they told me my order number had been cancelled. Even though I was still charged $120.

So I never received an actual tracking number.

The where's my stuff page says your order has been shipped and is on its way, the expected date is the 12th.

This is the order number since I can't post links or pictures 2300175069.

USPS says that they only received pre-shipping information and has not updated since.
