Homefront - The Revolution

Finally we get some details about the new Homefront game!

The teaser trailer doesn't show much:

But we will get more details, as well as gameplay footage, during this year's E3 (June 10th to 12th).

Many prominent gaming outlets have already been shown a gameplay demo. Among some of the first impressions articles, Rock Paper Shotgun's caught my eye:

According to them, Homefront: The Revolution is very much reminiscent of the first Crysis. Interesting!

Known details of the game include: Open world first person shooter, completely unscripted combat, crafting system for weapons and IEDs, Crysis-style weapon customization, 4-player co-op set in the same full, open world as the single player campaign...

What do you guys think? :)

This is pretty much the only reason I'm excited about E3. This, and potentially maybe hopefully please a PSO2 western announcement.

Couldn't agree more, gets too repetitive all the time. Crysis was good cuz it had a better story line and killer on the 3d sorround sound sytem
