Mining helmets change pip boy light from area to spot

If this is old news sorry but I just found out when wearing a mining helmet the pip boy light becomes like a flash light instead of the area light that the pip boy normaly does its great for adding suspense. Also for anyone who doesnt know your light color depends on the color of your pip boy hud.
And one more thing turning on your pip light while using stealth boy will make the pipnlboy menu readable. Ok got those things off my chest.

I've been curious if the light color still matched your pipboy's if you used a helmet with a light. I would have assumed it would be just white, instead of green, blue, whatever, as that would just make more sense and would be a good reason for me to use a helmet with a light. I like my flash light to be white, but I like my pipboy hud to be light blue or green. Having a helmet with a white light would have fixed this for me.

The light from the mining helmet does not match the pipboy. In fact, you can modify the helmet at the armorer bench. It let's you change the light color, just like you can with the light on the power armor helmet.
