Is this mission broken? : Fallout 4

When I try to start the mission Liberty Reprimed the main character just endlessly repeats something about a holotape with Institute data, so I can't proceed forward. I have tried to pickpocket Proctor Ingram, load a previous save and pointed a gun at her, but nothing seems to work. Can I resolve this problem in another way or do I have to wait for an update? I play on Playstation 4.

I assume that you have been to the institute and you did make a download of their data into the holotape they gave you?

Yes, of course. I gave it to Proctor Ingram but she won't give it back, so I'm stuck in this endless loop.

I loaded a previous save from approximately one hour earlier and replayed the mission Spoils of War. When done with the mission I gave the holotape to the Minutemen first and then to Proctor Ingram, and that seems to have solved that buggy mess.

It is advised you complete this quest before getting too deep into the Insitute quests - more specifically, before starting the quest Mass Fusion.

If you start Mass Fusion you won't be able to progress further in the Brotherhood quests until you finish Mass Fusion or Spoils of War

since Proctor Ingram will be locked to a dialogue tree related to those quests and you wont be able to turn in this quest to her.

I did complete the mission Spoils of War before talking to Proctor Ingram but I got stuck in a dialogue tree anyway, and it was something about a holotape.
