I've encountered a game-breaking crash on the Battle of Bunker Hill quest. I want to support the Railroad on this so have tipped them off before heading to meet X4-18, but every time I kill him the game crashes. I've tried killing him just after the initial conversation, during the battle but before the tunnels, during the battle in the tunnels and after having found the synths, but the result is always the same - a crash.

Is there any word on when main quest problems like this will be ironed out?
