Anyone know the lore behind Gwinnett Brewery?

Hi guys, I'm away from my default save and I'm working on modding some lore-friendly 4k beer re-textures for Fallout, so I'm not far enough into the game to go through all my holotapes and go back to some of the breweries for research. Does anyone know the lore behind Gwinnett beers? When the brewing started, who started it, what have you? One of the wikis says it's based on Button Gwinnett (to parody Samuel Adams as a co-signer of the declaration and as the protectron in 3 defending it) but that's about all the information it gives. Why Button Gwinnett, a resident of Georgia naming the beer in Massachusetts? Any help is definitely appreciated :)

I get the feeling that 1) it's modeled after the Samuel Adams Brewery. And 2) BGS chose to name it after Button Gwinnet because he/it was a robot reenactor in FO3 in "Stealing Independence" http://fallout.gamepedia.com/Stealing_Independence

Now what I think would make a great addition would be if there was a tavern modeled after Cheers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qh7p5cPWP-k "where everybody knows your name". (Which was itself modeled after a Real Life tavern named "The Bull & Finch Pub".)

There is already a near perfect recreation of the Cheers bar in Fallout 4. Look for it at the edges of Boston Common. It's called the Prost Bar. It is as close to the show as possible, with lots of easter eggs and references. They've even recreated Sam's office with all his baseball memorabilia. If you are a Cheers fan, it is must see. Norm is there, and there are even references to plots from the show. It's great.

I always thought it was just a pun on "Guiness".
