I have a bugged on my pipboy map showing Provisioner route from Sunshine Tidings to Red Rocket.

I killed everyone in my settlements,all settlements have 0 population except Sanctuary which have 1( Codsworth).

In my pipboy it still shows the Provisioner route but there's no one.

I tried waiting each hour,tried using Siren,Bell and even slept for 3 days and I even tried a mod to track down provisioners which didn't work.

I don't have any esp mods installed and all the texture mods are removed even tried steam file checker.

Here's my save game if some knows how to find it or use a console command to find this provisioner.
