Got a strange artifact during play. looks like white spots on the top left. tried to downclock my gpu and reseat in the pcie slot...

its a 980ti core @1520 memory @3960 1.2490v 330w max load in this game gives 60c.

game is smooth and very playable but these spots appear randomly when i am outside at any location or time. they show up for less than a second and come back after a while. i cant take screen shot because its too fast. i read that this was an issue in fallout nv and fallout 3.

Project CARS, witcher 3, gtav and mkx work flawlessly highest temp 72c.

if anyone knows how to fix please help me.
