When I load the game and after the opening cinematic, the main character and his wife are standing looking into the mirror. At this point I believe the character creation menu should open, but instead on my game, the two just stand there looking around. My game itself is not frozen as I am still getting audio and I can open the pause menu. If no one has any ideas that can help, can so.done send me a save game data with the generic Male character directly after the character creation menu. Please and thank you.

What platform are you on? What happens if you restart the game?

Do you see options at the bottom of the screen?

On PC. An HP15 with Windows 10. No, there are no options. No text ques, no audio ques, but the game isn't frozen. When I restart, I get the same problem. Restarting doesn't help.

and press Enter.


Now go to the %userprofile% directory (C:\User\), find the dxdiag.txt file. Open the file. Select All. Copy and Paste its contents here in a reply. Use the spoiler tags, by either using the following:
