I had muffle on both my legs in combat armor and stabilize in both arms, but then I found muffled combat arms and started using them. I can't tell if they make a difference or not. Anyone know exactly how effective they are? I ask this because Muffle in Skyrim as a perk basically defeated the purpose of muffle in in boots. So do legs defeat the need for arms? What about using just one leg with muffle vs. using both legs?
