after you fast travel or after few minutes playtime.the decal appears for a second than goes away instantly. now i got the decal on ultra. and after i have gone into the ini file to see i could fix it by my self to increase the value.

but no change it still keeps happening. now before the beta update i did not notice anything different i think its the new beta update. and another thing the super mutant faces seem they dont get a decal when shoot in the face imean

stright in the face like no decal drawing.that was before the updates. i hope this problem can be addressed
