So I have the wazer wifle that you get from Shaun after doing 4 of his mini quests. Well I noticed yesterday that it was actually using ammo. I did mod to be automatic but I don't think that should matter. So i loaded a save before I modded it and it's still using real ammo. For those who don't know what the wazer wifle is it's a lazer rifle with unlimited ammo. I just need to know whether or not it's my game or if it's happening to others and Bethesda just needs to patch/fix it thanks

You're confusing 'never ending' with 'unlimited'

The Never Ending part simply means that you don't have a finite clip size, you can just keep firing without stopping to reload. It still uses ammo, just like all the other weapons that get the Never Ending legendary characteristic.

There's nothing to patch or fix, that's how it;'s meant to be.
