Ability to play a bad guy

I LOVE your Elder scrolls and Fallout Series and I will play them as long as you make them, something ALWAYS bothered me about them though. We never have the option to play a bad guy, yes we can make bad choices but the story line remains the same. I would love to see more than one main story in the game, You start out either from the vault or like in Vegas where you are already out there. You meet specific people or maybe gradually start leaning in one direction, I would love to see a raider story line or soldier story line, or even a huge criminal organization. however you would choose to do it, I always felt that there should be a save the world approach or a damn the world play as a raider, start and build a gang, raid houses, buildings, villages, etc. same as on the elder Scrolls series, I want to play as a brigand or bad guy. Yes you get to join factions but the end game is still the same. just some ideas.

Sincerely,

ShadowWeezle

If you work for the Legion in FNV, that's pretty bad/evil. And you can be a long-term slaver in F3, not many quests with that however.

Otherwise I agree, always wanted to be able to join the Talon Company in F3, or work out a long-term alliance with the Khans/Fiends/Powder Gangers and other gangs in FNV.

Depending on your actions, Yes man route can be bad too.

There is 2 different components that make up Beths Fallout. #1 is the frame work and #2 is the content.

The framework allows for what your saying ... but it requires there to be all this content written and plugged in.

The fact that they chose to stop writing content at mostly good guy scenario. Says they followed what the market predominately wanted and chose not to spend extensively more time on what might have yielded less of a sales return comparatively.

So what your asking is just a matter of writing more content ... a time constraint ... Or revamping the framework which would definitely cost more time , and nullify the previous framework as an asset.
