How to get the skull with the laser eye? : Fallout 4

There's a robot on one of the new loading screens with a skull but one of the eyes is robotic. What is this mod called?

I got one of those but its a deathclaw version and its unstable.

you get it for defeating captain ahab during the main story pretty early on
