Cannot find "Season Pass" code from pre-order

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2016 6:47 pm

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 with the "Season pass" for Xbox one and obviously received the game last year.

I had a a piece of paper in the game casing saying "Season pass" on it so I assumed that the season pass was automatically installed already without me needing to do anything. However since the DLC Automatron has been released, I am being charged for it and see no signs of me owning the season pass.

Should I have been sent the season pass code through email or paper within the game casing?

I pre-orderd from GAME and have sent them an email with the same question but have yet to get a response from them.

Please help!!!

You only got the Season pass with the Pip-Boy edition, the normal version is literally just the base game, regardless if you pre-ordered.

Sadly you will probably have to buy a season pass, i swear there was a website selling them for a discount but i forget which one.

You didn't get the season pass with the pipboy edition, at least, not officially. Maybe some shops/sites were bundling but the added cost of the pip boy edition was just for the pip boy.

Season Pass is always charged additionally. Remember that.

If you pick a normal pack and charged normally, then don't even have an idea you'll get a Season Pass.

If you pick a normal pack and charged abnormally, then you pretty much got scammed.

It is just an advert though many including myself, still thought the same as you when first saw it so don't feel too silly.

As I understand it neither the standard nor Pip-Boy editions had included season passes.

They did include advertising flyers (d'oh)

If it sounded too good to be true,

that's because it was too good to be true.

(I bought my season pass properly, on XB1 at the cheaper rate thankfully)

I can understand why some people thought this because the image of the Pip-Boy edition

prominently showed the advertising leaflet which might have implied something... maybe...

I ordered mine from Game and lost my season pass code too. I sent an email to [email protected] with my order number and they re-sent it to me by email within a couple of days. You'll also find it the 'my downloads' section of the site - https://mydownloads.game.co.uk/MyDownloads/Home/Index/. If you put your email address in when you go on to there they send you an email with a link to an area where you can view the info on any downloadable products that you've ordered.
