Every time I try to launch the game through Steam, I get this error that as soon as I get rid of it keeps coming back until I can't get rid of it. I'm running this on Windows 7.

Things that worked for a time, restarting steam, restarting my PC, restarting wrye bash, rebuilding the bashed patch, deleting the oblivion.ini file, even running steam as administrator helped and updating wrye bash worked too! I've run out of ideas, everything I looked up on the web simply either didn't work or worked for a short while. I even decided to try and go to steam support and see if there's a way to complain to them directly, but no point.

Here I am, on the official forums on which I can hopefully get help from you fine folk. This error is so [censored] annoying. I hope there is a permanent solution to this annoying pesky issue.
