Has anybody tried using BethINI for Oblivion?

Copy and pasted from the Nexus page:

A lot of these features seem very interesting to me and would be very convenient to have (especially the fixes to common .ini errors). Has anybody had any experiences with this utility? At this point, I've only left the "Preset" mode to BethINI Presets and checked the "Recommended Tweaks". Would this help me in the long run? Any tips for this BethINI newbie?

@Jabba: That's a friendly looking link up there. :P

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69787/? is the kind of thing I was looking for years ago, but since then, done all that manually. Great idea, but hopefully the more advanced users have the facility to twiddle the "automatic" thingy off and on when apropos. :)

Wow, I'm so stupid. Who accidentally links to their own thread? Should be fixed now. :banghead:

So is it going to be useful for a newbie like me? I honestly don't plan on tweaking things manually. I was just interested in it's automatic features (particularly the auto correct for common mistakes and auto sort).

Point 2: wants a more detailed explanation.

Point 3: That kind of thing should or would be covered (at least in part) by the load ordering mods. e.g. BOSS

Point 4: wants a more detailed explanation e.g. stats & graphs. It also leads into H/W benchmarking issues which gets quite involved.

The others look fine.

So this is kind of neat. The author definitely needs to know about Oblivion Reloaded and its recommended ini tweaks, and that it allows you to use MSAA with HDR on. It also has some ini tweaks to make it work with ENB. Other than that, it seems to work. I set it to ultra and ran it, seems to work.

Thanks for letting us know about this program. I'm using it now and find it nifty. No problems so far.
