Is there a mod that adds a balanced dremora race compatible with OCO v2?


If you had the chance to unlock the dremora race in your own oblivion install, how would you balance it? Is there a website where I could read their stats and actually add them myself to a player made-character?

And lastly: are dremora capable to become undead?

Playable dremora races are more often than not copies instead of the actual race made playable. They can become vampires.
