I'm in the process of making a non-commercial Youtube series about tabletop role-playing games, and wanted to use "Skyrim's" soundtrack as background music.


Bethesda's current video policy only explicitly permits "Lets plays" - so I'm unsure if its all right for me to use their soundtrack in an unrelated video.


Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who can answer whether I could use this soundtrack in a non commercial video?

Probably not. You would most likely be better off finding some generic royalty free or Creative Commons licensed music instead.
