Does Oblivion have a true random start mod? I dont mean like alternate beginnings with a handful of set start locations, but a mod like Skyrim's random alternate start which just randomly places you in any part of the world on making your character?

My favorite alternate start mod, http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/25591/? by Tungol, offers three groups of randomized beginnings (among other options).

And Arthmoor's http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/37382/? has a bandit attack beginning that is pretty cool. You begin the game in one of a handful of random locations around Cyrodiil with clothes and almost nothing else. It's a fun way to begin a game.

There are probably more, but those are the two I've used and can vouch for.
