Load Order - Please help

Post » Sun Jan 22, 2017 9:22 am

So I purchased the special edition for Xbox one about a month ago and I've been downloading a ton of mods. I've been hoping for this forever since I've loved the modding community on New Vegas and even in Oblivion. Everything was fine until today and now it's crashing all the time. Whenever I walk it lags and it crashes whenever I look at my companions and also when waking around the outside of Whiterun.

I've looked up numerous videos on YouTube for help with the load order, I went on other forum sites and web pages to see guidelines. I performed a hard reset on my xbox, cleared the cache etc. but still no luck. I also looked at each mod description to see where to place the mods but still it crashes.

Here's the list of the mods I've downloaded. I understand it's a large list. please help, I love this game.

I also recently changed the load order up and then download a few of the mods on the list such as holidays. But so much was done that it's very difficult to get back to how it shouldve been organized

I am not familiar with Xbox1, but I see you have a LOT of memory intensive mods in your load order. I suggest removing a few of the ones that add a lot of NPC's and see if that helps.

Also, I have never used Wildcat, but there are several people here who have had problems (crashing) with it loaded. Try removing that one first and see if things improve.

If neither of those helps, perhaps you can try removing or unactivating all but a third and see if it works well. Then, add a few more back, etc. until you are either satisfied or it stops working. At that point, you may out what is causing your conflict.
