Okay I put the location to creation kit - skyrim where skyrim special edition is and I got this error saying steam_api64.dll is missing from my computer when I clicked on the creation kit inside where it's located and I got creation kit shortcut in my desktop but when I click it to open it nothing happens but also when I go on Bethesda.net launcher I see running when I clicked play and nothing happens.
