Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire

So fellas, Pillars of Eternity II has finally been announced, and it looks to be amazing.





So for those of you unaware, this is the same studio that is responsible for great titles such as Knights of the Old Republic II, Neverwinter Nights 2, New Vegas, and Pillars of Eternity. Also, some members of the team worked on the original Fallout titles as well as Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale.

A couple features in the game include:

  • Weather System

  • NPC schedules that affect quests

  • Continuance from Pillars of Eternity

  • Strong focus on choices and consequences along with a focus on world reactivity.

Yeah, it seems like a common complaint on the Codex. I enjoyed it, but I have hopes they'll improve the story in this one.
