I was wondering if there's a way to find out what mod has caused this glitch as I've used these mods for awhile now but in a new play threw I'm playing a character that I'm keeping at lvl 1. When I decided to see what shouts to unlock after collecting a lot not sure when or how this happened but I noticed I got 2 diffrent frost breath shouts. I haven't even done any modded quests or areas with this character yet either. Also all my other play threws never had this happen to me before.

Well anyway I was wondering if there's a way to use console to find out which mod caused this to happen?

No way that I know of. Post a load order. ALso have you tried just disabling/enabling mods and see if you can find the issue that way?
